Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 4-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons, promotions, unfavorable weather conditions, or special events, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information when available.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days (if available)

Holiday Disclaimer Clause:

During holidays and peak seasons, shipping delays are common and outside of our control.

Local Pickup Clause:

Local pickup is available at our Lincolnton, NC location. You will be notified when your order is ready, if contact information is provided.

 

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on destination, package size, and service selected.

Food & Perishable Items

Our products are shelf-stable and sealed; however, we recommend refrigerating pickles upon arrival for best quality and flavor.

We are not responsible for quality issues resulting from delayed delivery caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping addresses.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or international destinations.

Incorrect Addresses & Lost Packages

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.

The Pickle Fetish Co. is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or carrier issues

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

 

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review and determine if a replacement or store credit is appropriate.
