Our limited release had a big opening so we've added the Pickled Jalapeno Quail Eggs as a permanent item!  A perfectly hard-boiled quail egg is nested in a bed of jalapenos and morsels of garlic - the texture is spot on and the bite brings big heat.

Don't forget foodies!  All pickled veg juices should be used to bring outstanding flavor to your proteins - whether on the grill, in a pan, or in the oven - don't waste those juices!
